Desktop Meadow terms

These terms govern use of the Desktop Meadow website and the commissioning of assessments described on it. By sending an intake note or attending a workshop you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not request a review.

Assessments, not software licences

Desktop Meadow supplies professional review time, written findings, and facilitated sessions. We do not sell a product licence, a hosted console, or a store listing. Quotes are invitations to treat until both parties sign or accept a written confirmation by email.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights in your application, listings, accounts, and crash exports. We keep the structure of our protocols, timing sheets, and workshop format. The findings note for your engagement is licensed to your organisation for internal use, including sharing with contractors who are under confidentiality. Public quoting of the note requires our written permission.

Confidentiality

Builds, test accounts, and traces are confidential. We delete posted devices’ local accounts after the review unless you ask us in writing to retain a package for a follow-up booked within thirty days.

Liability

Findings rest on the build you froze, the devices available, and the networks we could reach. We are not liable for store rejection, lost sales, or engineering decisions taken after the workshop. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Malaysian law forbids a limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-excludable consumer rights.
