Crash pattern walkthrough
A facilitated reading of the crash and ANR clusters you already have, aimed at agreeing which stack traces deserve a patch before the next listing.
Bring the last fortnight of Play Console or App Store crash reports, anonymised. We group them by the screen the person was on, not by the library name that happens to sit at the top of the stack. The session ends with a ranked list you can paste into the sprint board.
This is not a live debugging marathon. If a cluster cannot be reproduced on the two devices in the room, we say so and stop rather than guess. A two-page recap follows the next working morning.
