What we collect
Intake forms collect name, email, optional preferred date, assessment choice, store listing type, and the message you write. During a review we may process test account identifiers you supply, device serials you lend, and crash exports. We do not ask for live customer passwords or full payment card numbers.
Why we process it
We reply to enquiries, run the booked assessment, write the findings note, and keep accounting records. Lawful bases include steps prior to a contract, performance of the engagement, and legitimate interests in securing the studio.
Retention
Enquiry messages without a booking are kept for twelve months. Engagement files are kept for seven years where accounting rules in Malaysia require it, then deleted or anonymised. Commute voice notes are deleted once the findings note is agreed.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner in Malaysia. We will not sell your contact details.
International transfers
Some email or file-transfer vendors may store copies outside Malaysia. Where that happens we use contractual clauses the vendor offers and limit the files to what the engagement needs.
This website
Server logs may include IP address and user agent for security. See the cookies page for optional analytics cookies. Rejecting those cookies does not close the site.
